健脾调肝法治疗2型糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者的临床价值

目的探讨常规西药联合健脾调肝法治疗2型糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者的临床价值。方法选取2019年3月至2021年1月盘锦市人民医院收治的102例2型糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组患者单纯接受常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受健脾调肝法(应用以葛根、党参、茯苓、炒白术、当归、鸡内金等中药组成的健脾理气疏肝方)治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PBG)以及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、胃排空率、肠鸣音。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者FBG、2h PBG、Hb A1c水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胃排空率、肠鸣音高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾调肝法治疗2型糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱疗效显著,应用价值较高。

Clinical Value of Strengthening the Spleen and Regulating the Liver Method in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of conventional Western medicine combined with the method of strengthening the spleen and regulating the liver in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 102 patients with type 2 diabetes gastrointestinal dysfunction admitted to Panjin City People’s Hospital from March 2019 to January 2021 as the research objects, and were divided them into a control group and an observation group by random number table method. Patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, and patients in the observation group received the spleen-regulating liver-regulating method on the basis of the control group(applying the spleen, qi, and liver-regulating Formula composed of Radix Puerariae, Radix Codonopsis, Poria, Fried Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli, etc.) Treatment effectiveness, fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c), gastric emptying rate, bowel sounds were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the observation group patients’ FBG and 2 h PBG, HbA1 c were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the gastric emptying rate and bowel sounds of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The method of invigorating the spleen and regulating the liver has a significant effect on the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction of type 2 diabetes, and its application value is relatively high.
