Clinical Effects and Cosmetic Effect of Rivanol Wet Compress after Electric Cauterization

Objective To explore the clinical effect and cosmetic effect of rivanol wet compress after electric cauterization.Methods From July 2017 to July 2020,a total of 102 plantar wart patients with electric cauterization were selected as the research objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 51 cases in each group.Both groups were routine treatment.After operation,the control group was given Shengji Ointment,and the observation group was given rivanol wet compress.Followed up for 2 months,the curative effect,healing index,beauty score and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98.04%.Compared with the control group of 82.35%,it was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the duration of inflammatory exudation and granulation hyperplasia in the observation group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,the VSS scores of the 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%,compared with the control group of 19.61%,it was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of rivanol wet compress after electric cauterization is better,and also has the good beauty function,better safety.
