| 摘 要： | 我国商业银行附属资本的监管处于起步阶段。随着附属资本规模的逐步扩大，对商业银行附属资本监管的要求也在提高。国外在银行附属资本管理方面，可以说各有各的优势与劣势，但是各国的国情不同，我国在资本管理的实践中应该结合自身的特点，借鉴国外发达国家积极的一面，完善我国商业银行附属资本的管理。
