中国寺院名茶经济与文化

摘    要:我国历史名茶大多出自名山寺院,名茶产于名山寺院有着深厚的社会经济背景,包括具有相对充裕的土地、劳力以及稳定的消费需求条件。寺院与名茶相辅相成,经历了长期的发展过程,并形成了寺院名茶生产与生活的自身特点。由于寺院名茶的发展,从而对于寺院经济及其整个佛教事业都产生了积极而深远的影响。我国的寺院经济以丛林经济为主,名茶生产更为普遍以至于持续发展到今天的规模与水平,这一切是与寺院名茶生产的经济背景密切相关。
