| 摘 要： | 渔业发展思路的系统性分析是渔业发展战略研究的重要问题。我国渔业发展进入新阶段的特征鲜明,坚持以发展和改革的办法解决发展中问题,实现发展模式的创新,需要增强宏观形势判断能力和对产业发展的驾驭能力。本文基于系统经济原理提出我国渔业发展宏观表征指标(体系),并提出发展动力表征指标、发展质量表征指标、持续发展表征指标的基本框架,从而作为设计我国渔业发展宏观监控指标体系的一个参考路径。

| Abstract: | The systematic analysis of fishery developing thoughts is an important item of fishery development strategies.Our country's fishery has developed into a new stage with prominent characteristics,persists in solving development problems by means of development and reform and realizing innovation of development modes.Besides,Our country's fishery needs strengthening macroscopic judging ability and controllability over industry development.Based on systematic economic theory,this paper puts forward the basic framework of our country's macroscopic token indicators of fishery development,the indicators of development motivation,the indicators of development quality and the indicators of the sustainable development,which can be acted as a reference path of designing the macroscopic supervision indicators system to promote the development of our country's fishery. |
