兰州都市圈的规划建设特征研究

兰州自古是黄河上游多民族汇聚的交通要塞,融"丝路文化、黄河文化、多民族文化"于一体,战略地位、交通位置重要,是我国西北地区经济社会发展的中心和枢纽城市之一.规划、建设兰州都市圈是顺应经济全球化和区域经济一体化的需要,是落实国家西部大开发战略和实现甘肃省国民经济、社会发展战略目标的需要.文章分析了兰州都市圈的现状经济社会发展水平,在研究都市圈发展特征的基础上,提出了都市圈规划建设的总体设想--"培育型"都市圈.最后.就都市圈建设发展过程中面临的重大问题进行了探讨.
