| 摘 要： | 本文结合大别山区的实际,分析了劳动力转移对我国贫困山区新农村建设的意义。认为有效转移劳动力可以增加农民收入,促进贫困山区新农村建设。提出了加快劳动力转移的有效措施。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the importance of labor transfer to the new socialist rural constructions in poor mountain areas.Based on the investigation of Dabie mountains.The author thinks it is a more ideal method to increase the farmers'incomes with labor transfer,and it will promote the new socialist rural constructions in poor mountain areas.Finally the author proposes proposals to transfer labors. |
