| 摘 要： | 深圳市作为中国高速城市化的样本,其人口发展面临更加复杂的内外部环境。本文研究了深圳市的人口发展过程,并对发展中存在的问题进行了分析与总结,提出了人口发展与管理的建议。本文认为,要解决高速城市化进程中人口发展转型问题,需要兼顾社会正义,加快产业结构调整、增加保障性住房与教育资源投入、稳定常住人口、淡化户籍概念、加强流动人口权益保障,促进福利均等化。

| Abstract: | As the sample of China’s rapid urbanization,Shenzhen City is faced with more complex environment in the process of population development.In order to give some advice to population management of the Shenzhen city,this paper has focused,analyzed and summed up the problems of population development in the passed 30 years,The article thinks it necessary to give consideration to social justice,to adjust the Industrial Structure quickly,to increase investment in the indemnificatory housing and education,to stabilize the resident population,to enhance the safeguard in the law rights and interests and to equalize welfare resource to all the resident population,which is the key measures to solve the problems of the population development. |
