| Abstract: | Trying cases through summary procedure aims at saving judicial resources,enhancing lawsuit efficiency and helping handle minor criminal cases duly so as to ensure that judicial organs have enough time and energy to hear major and important criminal cases as well as difficult and complicated cases both accurately and satisfactorily.Because in judicial practice when applying summary procedure to public prosecution cases the public prosecutors usually don’t appear in court,which leads to the lack of procuratorial organs’ involvement in trial supervision in aspects of criminal trial procedure,fact-finding,application of law,etc.,it is necessary to adjust and optimize the legal supervision system in applying summary procedure to public prosecution cases so as to maintain the unification of our country’s laws,implement the laws correctly and protect litigants’ legal rights. |
