西红花中西红花苷的研究进展

摘    要:西红花苷是西红花中发挥降压、降糖、降脂、抗癌、抗动脉粥样硬化等多种药理作用的重要物质,在食品、药品、化工等行业有广泛的应用。从西红花苷的市场前景、分离纯化、药理活性及其质量评价等方面分别进行了详细的阐述,对目前西红花苷研究中遇到的问题及解决方法进行了总结,并对西红花苷未来的研究方向进行了探究。

Abstract:Crocins have been considered as the most significant substance in saffron which develop several pharmacology functions such as depressurization,blood-sugar reduction,anticancer,lipid reduction,and anti-atherosclerosis.They have been widely used in food,medical,and chemical industries.Market prospect,separation and purification,pharmacology,and quality assessment were expounded in detail.Problems and solutions in crocins researches were summarized.Research trend on crocins were also suggested.
