| 摘 要： | 区域内的淡水资源量是有限的，有限的淡水资源会限制和制约区域内经济的发展，尤其是用水相关产业的发展。文章从河北沿海区域淡水资源承载能力现状出发，分析其对沿海区域经济发展的影响，认为产业布局不合理会降低区域的水资源承载能力。文章提出了扩大淡水源、提高水资源利用率、通过调整和科学规划区域内产业布局提高水资源承栽能力等一系列对策与保持区域内水资源的可持续利用。
