"自主学习"模式下的教师角色

摘    要:新型的大学英语教学模式在强调个性化教学和自主学习的同时引发了教师角色的转变。因此在实施大学英语自主学习教学模式的动态过程中,教师要自觉成为学习型教师,更新观念,既当好促进者、协调者,又当好组织者、评估者和推动者,从各个侧面把握好教师这个重要角色。

Abstract:The new English teaching mode emphasizes individualized teaching and autonomous learning,initiating a change in the role of teachers.Therefore,in the dynamic process of autonomous learning in teaching mode for implementing college English,the teachers must consciously become autonomous learning ones and renew ideas to be a good facilitator and coordinator as well as a good organizer,evaluator and pusher.And then it can be good held of teacher's role from different perspectives.
