| 摘 要： | 针对我国市政公用事业市场化改革的实践,着重研究了市政公用事业市场化改革后的政府监管问题.探讨了市政公用事业需要政府监管的理论基础,世界各国市政公用事业监管的政府架构、监管的主要内容、监管的具体方式,以及国际经验对中国建立有效的监管体制的借鉴意义.
