| 摘 要： | 对1—4级工残职工待遇补偿上实施一次性补偿，尤其是允许已经参加工伤保险的职工这样做是不妥当的。应该完善相关法律，强化政府及相关部门职责，完善工伤保险待遇支付渠道，调整待遇结构，提高待遇水平。

| Abstract: | It is not reasonable to pay one -time compensation to level 1 -4 industrial disabled employees, especially to the employees who have attended industrial injury insurance. We must perfect relevant laws, strengthen governments and related departments＇responsibilities, complete the channels of paying industrial injury insurance, adjust treatment structure and improve treatment level. |
