| 摘 要： | 煤矿（特别是国有煤矿）企业是我国煤炭工业可持续发展系统的基石。制约煤矿企业可持续发展的因素有很多，本文通过分析认为，以煤为主业，煤 生型经济发展是制约煤矿可持续发展的主要因素。在此基础上，结合著名的Logistic方程提出产业的接替，即大力发展百煤产业是煤矿可持续发展的必然。
