| 摘 要： | 我国房地产市场政府与中介组织的关系长期模糊不清。建立政府与房地产中介组织的良性关系，有必要从两个方面来做：一是理顺在房地产市场中的政府与中介组织的关系；二是理顺在房地产中介市场中的政府与中介组织的关系。

Good relationship between government and real estate intermediary organizations should be established from two points of view: One is the relationship between government and intermediary organizations in the real estate market, the other is the relationship between government and intermediary organizations in the real estate intermediary market. |
