| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了我国企业人力资源开发与管理的发展状况,人力资源的开发和利用是推动经济增长的基本要素,主要体现在:人力资源本将是21世纪经济发展的"第一资本";人力资源开发能促进劳动生产率和科学技术水平的提高;人力资源开发的成功与否直接影响到社会的可持续发展,最终提出解决的方案。
