| Abstract: | The paper tries to expatiate upon the spread and development of English, as an important language, advancing with the times. Its purposes are mainly to arouse workers of foreign languages to keep pace with the development of the languages and introduce timely the advanced knowledge of science and technology and culture to China. And meanwhile the paper points out the importance of learning and mastering English in all walks of life in China. |
