摘    要:为实现快速、准确的盘形凸轮轮廓线设计,并完成盘形凸轮运动参数的仿真分析,通过对盘形凸轮机构从动件运动规律的分析,利用Matlab编制程序,计算出盘形凸轮轮廓线上各点坐标值;将所得坐标值导入SolidWorks中,生成凸轮三维模型;再利用SolidWorks中的Cosmos/Motion功能对凸轮机构进行仿真分析,得出从动件运动参数曲线,从而判断所设计凸轮轮廓的优劣性。

Abstract:In order to achieve rapid and accurate design of disc cam contour line, and to complete the simulation of disc cam motion parameters, the simulation use Matlab to calculate each point coordinate values of acquired cam contour line, based on the analysis of the motion law of follower disc cam mechanism. The obtained coordinate values are imported into SolidWorks to generate 3-D cam model. The Cosmos/SolidWorks simulation analysis is carried out on the cam mechanism Motion function to draw a curve of follower Motion parameters, which can be used to evaluate the design of cam contour.
