钢包半钢脱磷的工业试验

摘    要:结合承德钢厂转炉半钢特性,在100t钢包中使用侧吹氧枪和底吹氩气进行工业脱磷试验。试验表明,大供氧流量条件有利于提高炉渣的脱磷能力;脱磷率随半钢温度升高呈上升的趋势;随着脱磷渣碱度上升,脱磷率呈先上升后下降的趋势,脱磷渣碱度为3.26时,脱磷率最高,脱磷率为52.1%。

Abstract:In combined with the characteristics of converter semi-steel of Chengde Steel, industrial dephosphorization practice in 100 t ladle with blowing oxygen lance and bottom blowing argon has been done. Experiments show that, high oxygen flow condition is favorable for improving the dephosphorization ability of slag; the dephosphorization rate increases with the rise of semi-steel temperature; the dephosphorization rate first increases and then decreases with slag basicity rises, the dephosphorization rate gets to maximum when the basicity is 3.26, and the dephosphorization rate is 52.1%.
