| 摘 要： | 从我国扶贫资金的来源结构上看,政府扶贫资金占绝大部分和绝对比重.本文通过政府扶贫资金及其具体投向对提高农业总产值和农民纯收入、降低农村贫困人口及其比例的回归分析,从而来考察我国政府扶贫资金使用的绩效,并提出相应对策.

| Abstract: | Seeing from the source structure of China's anti-poverty funds, government anti-poverty funds definitely constitutes majority parts. This paper based on the regression analyses of the government's anti- poverty funds including it's concrete trend and agricultural gross output, net income of peasants, rural population below the poverty line and it's proportion, then observes the performance of China's government's anti-poverty funds and presents some countermeasures. |
