Discus on the Quantity and the Location of Establishing the Construction Land in General Land Use Planning

The quantity and the location of construction land is the important constituent of general land use planning. In this article, through analyzing the question and the cause of general land use planning, we work out a new method to establish the quantity and the location of construction land, so we can settle the unbalanced and the structural contradictory of planning guideposts, in order to improve the scientific and the feasibility in land use planning.
