关于材料对钢筋混凝土现浇楼板裂缝的影响分析

摘    要:混凝土组成材料对钢筋混凝土现浇楼板裂缝产生影响的主要原因是混凝土的收缩,而影响混凝土收缩的主要因素是水泥胶体的收缩。混凝土收缩值的大小与水泥胶体总量有关,水泥胶体越多,混凝土收缩越大。在保证强度和施工性能的前提下,减少水泥胶体总量成为减少混凝土收缩的关键所在。

Abstract:The materials of concrete have effects on the cracks of concrete floor. The main reason is the shrinkage of concrete, The shrinkage of cement-mixture is the principal factor that causes the shrinkage of concrete. There is relationship between the shrinkage of concrete and the cement-mixture. The more the quantity of the cement-mixture, the more the shrinkage of concrete. How to reduce the quantity of the cement-mixture becomes the critical settlement that can reduce the shrinkage of concrete.
