摘 要: | 通过室内实验生理生态学的方法研究了外源添加剂水杨酸(SA)对紫花槭抗寒性的影响。研究表明,在低温胁迫下,通过添加1.0mmol/L水杨酸能够显著降低(实验组)紫花槭的丙二醛(MDA)积累量、电解质渗透率;其可溶性糖含量明显高于未用SA处理的对照组。

Abstract: | Through the experiment of physiological ecology on exogenous salicylic acid (SA) effect on cold hardiness of Acer pseudo-sieboldianum. The research shows that, under the low temperature stress, adding 1.0mmol/L SA can significantly reduce the content of MDA and the membrane permeability; the soluble sugar content was significantly higher than untreated with SA con-trols. |
