| 摘 要： | 企业组织形态的选择和优化是国有企业改革过程中的一个重大问题,本文通过对现代企业制度本质属性的探讨,对投资人、法人(企业)、经营者三个价值主体进行分析,进而从投资人财务风险、企业融资、经营者积极性和对发展规模的适应性四个方面建立了企业组织形态选择和优化基本模型,并以此对现存的各种企业形态进行了比较分析。

| Abstract: | Selection and optimization of enterprise organization formation were important issues in the process of China's SOE reform and development.Three value main bodies of investor,enterprise and operator were analyzed through exploring essential nature of modern enterprise system.Moreover,the basic model of enterprise organization formation selection and optimization was designed from four aspects of financial risks of investor,enterprise financing,operators' enthusiasm as well as adaptability of development scale.The current formations of various enterprises were also analyzed comparatively. |
