| 摘 要： | 现代农业园区是我国发展农业现代化的新生动力,它的产生与发展为实现我国农业规模化、现代化、产业化、标准化,因地制宜发展特色农业,推动农民致富奔小康、农村城镇化发展等具有重大的现实意义。然而我国现代农业园区建设起步晚,各界人士对我国农业园区建设的重大意义、经营模式以及发展问题的认识上还存在较大分歧。作者通过调查研究,对我国目前农业园区建设的重要性、主要的经营模式以及发展建设中一些启示提出了一些可供参考的观点。

| Abstract: | Modern agricultural garden, a new force, is significant to realize agricultural modernization, industrialization, and standardization in China. It is also helpful to develop agriculture with district characteristics; to make farmers wealthy. However, different people have different opinions on its meaning, its management models and its development. The authors, by making investigation, present some major management models to develop it. |
