| 摘 要： | 构建创新网络是制造企业突破资源约束、提升核心能力的一种有效方式。文章借助社会网络理论,以奇瑞集团为例,首先将企业的创新阶段进行划分,其次从网络规模、关系强度、成员异质性的角度研究企业创新网络结构的演化规律,归纳企业在不同阶段下创新网络的结构特征,并解析创新网络结构对系统功能以及企业创新模式的作用机理,最后提出可以提升企业创新网络功能的有效办法。上述研究对于我国制造企业转型实践具有一定指导意义。 |

An Analysis in Innovation Network Structure Evolution and Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprise -A Case Study on Chery |

| Abstract: | The construction of innovation network is an effective way to break through the resource constraints and promote core eompetences for manufacturing enterprises. The paper, by means of social network theory and taking Chery Group as an example, firstly classifies the innovation stages of Chery. Secondly, it makes a study on the evolution rules of innovation net- work structure from the perspective of network size, relationship strength, and heterogeneity among members. Thirdly, it con- cludes the structural characteristics of innovation network at different stages, and analyzes the action mechanisms of innovation network structure on system functions and innovation modes. Finally, the paper puts forward effective measures which can pro- mote the innovation network function. The research has guiding significances for China＇ s manufacturing enterprises during the transformation practice. |
