中哈贸易竞争力及贸易结构动态分析

本文用MS、TC、CA指数测算了中、哈两国的国际贸易竞争力及双边贸易竞争力,用IIT指数测算了中、哈产业内（产品内）贸易情况。分析得出：中国对哈国具有竞争力的产品种类具有绝对优势,但贸易额比重不足1/2,而哈方贸易竞争力依赖于少数产品的大量出口;中国对哈国制成品贸易竞争力全面占优,不仅产品种类多,而且贸易额占比也远远高于哈方;中哈产品内贸易品种甚少,贸易比重甚低,且近5年内还有所下降;除＂资源型制成品＂外,属产品内贸易的工业制成品均为中低技术产品。为此,促进中哈贸易应放松管制和推进贸易便利化,优先解决多边和双边合作机制的协调执行和层次提升,稳步解决深层次的经济社会问题。

An Analysis of Trade Competitiveness and Structural Changes between China and Kazakhstan

This paper employs MS , TC and CA index to calculate and analyze the trade competitiveness and bilateral trade com -petitiveness in the international market between China and Kazakhstan .And then the intra-industry （ intra-product ） trade be-tween China and Kazakhstan by IIT index is measured .There are four aspects of concern .Firstly, the number of competitive products in China has the absolute advantages compared with that in Kazakhstan , while the volume of trade is below half of the to-tal, and the competitive power of Kazakhstan comes from the numerous export products of fewer product varieties .Secondly, Chi-na has more manufactured goods in variety , and the quantity is much larger than Kazakhstan .Thirdly, the variety of the intra product trade between China and Kazakhstan is very few , and the proportion of the intra product in total trade is low too , the trend has been declining in the recent five years .Fourthly, the industrial manufactured goods which belong to intra -industry trade is middle and low tech -products except the “resource type manufactured goods”.As a consequence , it is of great impor-tance to loosen the regulation of the government and promote the convenience of the trade and give priority to solve the coordina -tion mechanism and cooperate level to steadily solve the deep -seated economic and society problems .
