川酒企业国际化进程中的跨文化管理研究

摘    要:国际化经营是世界经济发展的必然趋势和企业发展到一定阶段的必然选择,全球化的趋势要求企业积极参与国际竞争,开展跨国经营,成为国际化的企业。以五粮液为代表的川酒企业如何跨越"文化差异",开展跨文化管理,实现跨国经营,是川酒企业在国际化征途中必须面对和解决的问题,是企业取得并保持新的竞争优势的关键。

Abstract:The transnational business is the inevitable trend of world economic development, and it is the inevitable choice of certain stage on enterprises development. The globalization trend request enterprises actively participate in the international competition, carry out the transnational operations, and become the international enterprise. How the Sichuan Liquor Enterprise taking Wuliangye as representative to surmount "cultural difference", carry out the cross-cultural management, realize the transnational operations,which are Sichuan Liquor Enterprise must face up in the international journey with the issue of solution, it is also the key to the new competitive advantage for the enterprise obtains and maintains. The author analyses the present situation of Sichuan Liquor Enterprise internationalization and explores the issue of the cross-cultural management.
