摘    要:打造一支高质量的干部队伍是实现地勘经济高质量发展的关键。文章阐述新时代干部队伍建设的重要意义、地勘中层干部在单位中的重要作用,以江苏省有色金属华东地质勘查局为例,结合地勘中层干部队伍的现状、主要亮点、存在的问题及原因等,提出对中层干部的培养路径:(1)探索地勘中层干部培养途径,拓宽干部选育来源;(2)做好地勘中层干部选拔任用工作,充实中层干部岗位;(3)完善教育培训机制,加强地勘中层干部能力建设;(4)建立健全监督约束机制,提升干部监督工作质效;(5)健全激励机制,激发干部担当作为。

Abstract:Constructing a high-quality cadre team is the key to achieving the high-quality development of geo-prospecting economy.The paper indicates the significance of the construction of the cadre team in new era and the important role of the middle-level cadres in the geo-prospecting units,taking Jiangsu Nonferrous Metal East China Geological Exploration Bureau as an example,combining the current situation,main highlights,existing problems and the causes of the middle-level cadre team in geo-prospecting unites,the paper puts forward the training path for the middle-level cadres:(1)explore the ways of training middle-level cadres of geo-prospecting units and broaden the source of cadres selection;(2)ensure the appropriate selection and appointment of middle-level cadres in geo-prospecting units,and increase the positions of middle-level cadres;(3)improve the education and training mechanism,strengthen the capability construction of middle-level cadres in geo-prospecting units;(4)establish and improve the supervision and restraint mechanism to improve the quality and efficiency of cadres’supervision;(5)improve the incentive mechanism to inspire cadres to take responsibilities.
