摘    要:万家寨引黄工程采用六台TMB掘进机共计完成隧洞开挖及衬砌长达121.3km,这在国内外都是罕见的。在工程实践中,经过对管片结构、施工方法及工艺的不断改进,工程质量逐步提高。后期施工的联段7#隧洞各项技术指标已基本满足设计要求。引黄工程的实践说明,在一定洞长范围内采用TRM法施工、六角形管片衬砌能够实现高速度与高质量的统一,为大型跨流域调水工程提供了可借鉴的经验。本文对引黄工程采用TBM法施工不同阶段的质量状况进行了初步总结,重点讨论了止水设置、豆砾石回填灌浆、护盾形式、导向杆与连接销等主要结构问题。

Abstract:The tunnel of the YRDP,of which the excavation and lining completed by 6 sets of TBM, has been up to 121 8 km in length,which is seldom seen at home and abroad.The project quality has been progressively raised by the incessant improvement on the segment structure,construction method and technology in the practice.Each technologic index of No.7 tunnel in the Connection Works,the YRDP,constructed at later stage has met the requirement of the design basically.The practice of the YRDP shows the construction with the TBM method and the lining with the hexagonal segment within certain scope of the tunnel diameter can realize the unification of high speed and high quality,which provides the experiences for other large interbasin water diversion project.In this paper,the quality condition at different stage constructed with the TBM method in the YRDP is summarized tentatively,the main structural problems such as sealing layout,backfill grouting,shield form,guide rod and link pin are mainly discussed.Several experiences are given,i.e.the sealing design should be done well,the grouting between the segment and the surrounding rock be done well,the measures ensuring the segment laid on the solid surrounding rock be adopted,and the hexagonal segments be connected with the guide rod and link pin.
