FDI对皖江城市带产业结构升级影响的实证研究

产业结构优化升级是转变经济发展方式、提高经济增长质量的重要途径。文章首先对皖江城市带的FDI与三大产业之间的关系进行研究，利用时间序列数据建立计量经济模型，通过格兰杰因果分析得出FDI与皖江城市带三大产业的增长总体上具有很强的格兰杰关系。然后，探讨FDI促进皖江城市带产业结构优化升级的效果，实证研究证明，外商直接投资增加了安徽第二产业比重，降低了第三产业在安徽GDP的比重。最后，文章提出吸引FDI、提高投资质量，最大限度利用FDI促进区域产业结构升级，消除负面影响的对策。

Dynamic Linkage Research between Interest Rate of RMB and Interest Rate of Dollar and Exchange Rate of RMB

In this paper, we will use econometric methods to empirical research between interest rate of RMB and interest rate of Dollar and exchange rate of RMB on the basis of induction of linkage mechanism and theoretical relationship between interest rate and exchange rate, the restdts showed that： It shows a variety of trend between interest rate of RMB and interest rate of Dollar and exchange rate of RMB; Conduction effect which interest rate of Dollar affects on the exchange rate of RMB is better than effect which interest rate of RMB affects; Effect which interest rate of RMB and interest rate of Dollar affect on the exchange rate of RMB is better than effect which exchange rate of RMB affects on the interest rate of RMB and interest rate of Dollar. At the same time, we point out that our reform of interest rate market, perfect of RMB exchange rate formation mechanism and building of conduction between the financial markets still needs further.
