提升安徽省域科技竞争力的对策研究——基于闽、鄂的比较

加快发展省域经济，最有效的途径和最佳切入点就是提升省域科技竞争力。皖、闽、鄂三省作为我国近几年刚加入的GDP超万亿元俱乐部成员，既有相似的条件，又有不同的特质。运用层次分析法对皖、闽、鄂科技竞争力评价指标进行比较分析，得出安徽省科技发展与闽、鄂两省相比所具有的独特优势和存在的问题，提出增强安徽省科技竞争力的对策和建议，以推进安徽经济全面发展。

Dissussing on policies of Promoting Anhui Provincial Sci-tec Competency-- Based on Comparison of Fujian Province and Hubei Province

To accelerate the development of the provincial economy, the most effective way and the best starting point is to promote Provincial Sei-tec competency. As the provinces of china added to the over one trillion GDP club, Anhui, Fujian, Hubei ,these three have both similar conditions and different characteristics. To analyze Sci-tec competency evaluation Indicator used analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, we get the unique advantages and problems of Anhui Science and Technology development compared with Fujian and Hubei. Finally, based on the above research, put forward countermeasures on upgrading Sei-tee competency of Anhui Province.
