皖江城市带产业集群特点、问题及对策

在经济全球化、技术变革和组织变革的背景下，培育发展地方特色产业集群，创新产业集群的发展环境，打造制造业产业集群的集聚中心，促进产业集群良性竞争和协同创新，是皖江城市带承接产业转移，提升区域竞争力的必然选择。文章在研究皖江城市带产业集群发展现状，总结产业集群发展特征的基础上，分析了皖江城市带产业集群当前面临的突出问题，提出了加快发展皖江城市带产业集群的政策建议，以期为皖江城市带产业集群的发展提供有益的借鉴。

On Characteristics,Problems and Countermeasures for Industry Clusters in Wanjiang City Belt

To foster the development of local characteristics of industrial clusters on the background of the economic globaliza- tion, technological change and organizational change, development environment of innovation of industrial clusters, to create the center of manufacturing industry eluster, promoting healthy eompetition in the industry clusters and innovation, is the Wanjiang City belt to undertake the transfer of industry, the inevitable choice to promote the regional competitiveness. In this paper, with the de- velopment of industry cluster in the research of Wanjiang City, summarizes the development characteristics of industrial clusters, analyzes the prominent problems of Wanjiang City belt industrial cluster faces currently, puts forward to accelerate the development of Wanjiang City belt industrial cluster policy recommendations, in order for the development of Wanjiang City belt industry cluster reference.
