| 摘 要： | 本文首先从电子代理定义入手，通过与普通代理的区分详细阐述了电子代理的特征，进而提出了“电子居间” 的概念。其次，又探讨了电子代理在要约与承诺中的效力问题和如何处理电子代理在错误与欺诈中的问题。
