摘    要:声誉管理是被我国企业长期忽视的一个管理领域。文章阐述了企业声誉和声誉管理的必要性 ,指出了企业声誉管理存在的若干问题 ,并对如何在公众和企业之间建立起相互信任关系 ,进而实现声誉管理目标提出了若干对策建议。

Abstract:Reputation management is a management field that has been ignored by enterprises of our country for a long time. This paper expounds the necessity of enterprise's reputation and reputation management. It points out a number of problems which exists in enterprise's reputation management and makes a lot of countermeasure suggestions of how to set up the mutual trust relationship between the public and the enterprises to realize the objective of reputation management.
