| 摘 要： | 创业板即所谓“二板市场”，是现代资本市场中与“主板市场”相平行的子市场体系。二板市场高风险的特点，急需相应的避险工具。本文在对创业板高风险特征分析的基础上，探讨了在二板市场开设指数期货的现实效应，与此同时，进一步探讨股指期货开设的制约因素，并提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The second board market is a subsystem of market which parallels with the major board market.The second board market is characterized with high level of risk and urgently needs risk hedging Instrument.This paper analyses its characteristic of high risky level and discusses the effect of stock index future on the second board market.Further more,the paper probes into factors that restrict development of stock index futures and puts forwards corresponding countermeasures. |
