| 摘 要： | 本文首先回顾了我国近二十年来国际收支水平的状况 ,在此基础上对我国加入WTO将会导致国际收支平衡出现的变化作出了基本估计。最后 ,根据我国经济发展形势的需要 ,提出了国际收支平衡的调控目标 ,并对实现这一目标应当建立的政策思路进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of the thesis, the author reviews the balance of payments of the later twenty years in China. On this basis, evaluated the possible changes in balance of international payments after entering WTO. At the end of this thesis, a macro?control target for the balance of international payments is made and the policies to be adopted in line with this target is discussed according to the need of our courtry's development of economic situation. |
