| Abstract: | This paper summarizes practically the fundamentals of labour-requirement and work-quota as follows: the principle of sharing out the work and coorperating with one another, the principle of man-machine function, and the principle of dynamic correlation. On the basis of the above con- clusion, the paper presents two kinds of basic method to solve the problems of labour-requirement and work-quota. |
