Financial Eco-construction and Western China Economic Development

At the beginning of western expansion, the power of western economic development mainly depended on government investment and advantageous policies. At present stage, does the western economic development still follow this mode? From analysis the characteristic of the western development stage and the problems about financial environment in western areas, the author believes that strengthening construction of financial environment in western areas and promoting establishment of market mechanism are very important to advance the western economic development, which is also the motivate of western economic persistent development.
