石化企业提高信息管理水平试析

面对经济全球化及因此而引发竞争日益加剧的情况，石化企业如何更好地满足客户的需求，提高企业自身的经济效益，将是石化企业向市场转轨过程中亟待解决的问题。文章从石化企业资源及建立企业模型入手，从企业总体发展战略的高度，采用现代管理思想和先进的信息技术来改造传统石化企业，从而提高企业自身竞争力，应对经济全球化发展的挑战。

A Tentative Analysis on Improvement of Information Management Level in Petrochemical Enterprises

In confronting with the economic globalization and thereby-caused increasingly fierce competition, how to better satisfy the customers and improve economic benefit of the enterprise would be an urgent problem for petrochemical enterprises to solve in the course of transiting toward market.This paper made an attempt to establish new general development strategy to reform petrochemical enterprises with modern management philosophy and advanced information technology through analysis on resources for petrochemical enterprises and build of enterprise model, so as to improve competitiveness of the enterprise, and respond to the challenge of economic globalization.
