| 摘 要： | 应对技术性贸易壁垒要充分发挥行业协会的作用,以行业协会牵头建立一套技术性贸易壁垒系统的预警、应对机制,对下协调各会员企业之间的关系、保护会员企业利益,对上沟通与协调与政府有关部门的关系,对外代表行业进行贸易诉讼,建立与国外相关组织与企业的沟通。达到这一效果的关键在于行业协会的自身建设。
