| Abstract: | The quality is the key factor of the fighting capability formation of weapons and equipment, which puzzles the weapons and equipment construction of every country＇ s troops besides America over a long period. The weapons and equipment quality management mechanism of American army is mainly analyzed and studied from four aspects on competition, supervision, estimation and encouragement, and it is expected to use the experience to strengthen our weapons and equipment quality construction. |
