| 摘 要： | 如今突发事件频发,合理有效地进行救援物资调运,是提高救援效率,缩短受灾持续时间,有效减轻灾害程度的重要途径。通过分析大规模突发事件下救援物资的特点,从物资需求统计、物资调度、物资回收三个方面系统地提出救援物资保障措施。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the emergencies happens frequently, the reasonable rescue materials dispatching is the most important way to improve rescue efficiency, reduce the afflicted time and relieve afflicted degree efficiently. Based on the characteristics of the rescue materials in large-scale emergencies, a systemic materials guarantee measure is presented. The measure will be explained from materials demand statistics, materials dispatching and materials recovery. |
