人类对消费的过度追求导致了对自然资源的过度掠夺,使生态环境恶化,灾害加剧。生态消费是一种绿色化、生态化的消费模式,推进生态消费是落实科学发展观和全面建设小康社会的内在要求。应树立消费新观念,转变经济发展方式,建立环境友好型、资源节约型新经济体系,进行制度创新,加强舆论宣传和环境教育,提倡符合生态消费模式的新型消费行为,大力推进生态消费模式的建立。

Promoting Ecological Consumption, Carrying Out Scientific Concept of Development

People's over-pursuit of consumption under the traditional consumption patterns has led to severely heavy exploitation of natural resources,deterioration of ecological environment,and worsening of natural disasters.Ecological consumption is an environmentally greening and ecologicalized consumption pattern.Promoting ecological consumption is one of the inherent requirements for carrying out the scientific development concept and establishing a well-off Society.We should promote to establish the ecological consumption patterns energetically,such things must be done through building a new concept of consumption,changing the models of economic growth,establishing a new economic system with both environment-friendly and resource-saving modes,carrying on system innovation,enhancing public propaganda and environmental education,and encouraging new types of consuming activities which are in accordance with the ecological consumption patterns.
