锅炉水冷壁管变形失效分析

摘    要:经检验发现,某糖厂3#锅炉水冷壁管发生大面积变形的严重事故。对本次事故,采用微观和宏观检验方法进行失效分析。结果表明,锅炉超负荷运行引起的水循环不良是导致水冷壁管变形的根本原因;此外,操作不当、仪表不准以及管理欠缺是造成本次事故的其他不容忽视的因素。对于此类事故,提出了相应的预防措施。

Abstract:Through inspection serious problems from the 3rd boiler of a sugar refinery were found and the water-wall tubes were deformed and invalid.Macro and micro-testing methods were used to analyze the accident.Results show that the overloading of the boiler causes bad water cycling.In addition,improper operation,inaccurate control instruments and lack of management are among unignorable reasons.For such accidents,some corresponding preventive measures were put for ward.
