改革开放以来,我国综合国力和居民个人财富都有很大程度的增长,但财富占有状况也发生了巨大变化.在各个层面上,收入分配不平等均有不同程度的扩大,从而使我国从一个财富占有和收入分配比较平等的国家转变成为世界上财富占有和收入分配不平等的国家之一.这对进一步提高效率,以及实现经济社会协调、稳定、可持续发展将带来一定的负面效应,应当引起人们的正视并通过制度调整加以解决.

After reforming and opening up, the national wealth has been increasing, but the share on the wealth changes too. The unequal situations of every social and economic level becomes more explicit, which transforms our country from a nation of equal wealth appropriation and income distribution to a nation of unequal wealth appropriation and income distribution in the world. Of course, this phenomenon has negative influence on the improvement of efficiency and the development of society and economy, so, we need to vary the unfair situation through modifying the relative institutions.
