| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业发展的根本动力和源泉,中小企业的发展更需要靠技术创新。通过对中小企业的技术创新情况进行SWOT分析,了解中小企业创新方面具备的优势和劣势,明确其面临的威胁,找到发展的机遇;并在此基上,为我国中小企业技术创新战略模式的选择与实施提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Technology innovation is the basic power and source of the enterprises' development Small and medium-sized enterprises' development need more badly.We have learned the advantages and disadvantages of the medium-sized enterprises' technology innovation and the threats of the medium-sized enterprises' technology innovation based on the SWOT analysis.Then we put forward some suggestions of choosing and implementing of technology innovation strategy mode of medium-sized enterprises. |
