| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚TAFE（Technical And Further Education）的发展已有近百年的历史，是澳大利亚最大的职业教育与培训的提供者，同时也是国际性权威职业教育机构。它拥有完备的质量保障体系。TAFE遵从澳大利亚职业教育质量保证体系的管理，联邦政府则通过专门法律和拨款、特设行政机构等对TAFE进行严格的质量监控，行业组织也参与对TAFE的质量评估，TAFE学院则从教学和评价方面进行自我质量管理和控制，从而使TAFE严格执行国家标准，教学设计规范化，保证了TAFE的办学质量。

It is also one of the most authorized organizations on vocational education in the world. It owns the particular quality control system. The thesis concerns about how the government guild TAFE College guarantee and manage TAFE＇s quality. |
