| 摘 要： | 中部崛起的背景不同于东部开放、西部开发和东北振兴,起点的差异决定了可供选择的机会。中部发展的突出背景是全球化和有东部的经验可资借鉴.可以依托区域发展的"学习效应",发挥中部区域发展的后发优势。中部地区要实现整体崛起,以合作创新为核心的路径选择是正确方向和出路。

| Abstract: | The background of the rising of the central region is different from the openning-up of eastern areas and the development of the western region as well as the revitalization of northeastern region.This condition makes the central region can learn from the East region and other countries,which could have the learing-effect and bring the late-development advantage into play.The regional innovation and cooperation is the best path choice for the rising of the central region. |
